Zane Green

Zane Green has been a fixture of Namibian cricket since making his senior debut as a 16-year-old in 2013. The keeper-batter played in the 2014 Under-19 World Cup and then captained Namibia at the 2016 edition, leading the side to three victories, including a memorable win over South Africa. Earlier, he had topped the run charts at the 2015 Africa U-19 Championship, including smashing an unbeaten 155 off 129 balls against Botswana.

Although he's not a power-hitter, Green has built his reputation on reliability behind the stumps and consistency in the middle order. He has been part of every one of Namibia's four T20 World Cup campaigns from 2021 to 2026. One of his defining moments came in 2025 when he top-scored from No. 7, with 30 not out, to steer Namibia to a historic four-wicket victory over South Africa in the teams' first-ever T20I meeting.
