Georgia Voll

Top-order batter Georgia Voll is one of the standout names of Australia's next generation. Having made her state and WBBL debuts aged 16 (for Queensland and Brisbane Heat) it did not take her long to make a mark at international level when she debuted in 2024 with an ODI century in just her second match against India.

Another century would follow against the same opposition a little over a year later while she cracked a maiden T20I century against West Indies. The initial stages of her Australia career had been as an injury fill-in, but Alyssa Healy's retirement in early 2026 created a vacancy that Voll appeared set to take on a full-time basis.

Particularly strong down the ground, Voll has produced a collection of high strike-rate innings in T20Is and also scored at more than a run-a-ball in ODIs. Her domestic T20 returns lifted when she moved from Heat to Sydney Thunder in 2024-25 having previously found herself lower down the order on occasions for Heat. As of early 2026, her highest league T20 score was an unbeaten 99 to UP Warriorz in the WPL after she had signed as a replacement player in the 2024-25 season.

Voll is a capable offspinner as well although, given Australia's options, it has yet to be seen much at the top level. She was also a talented rugby league player growing up and represented Queensland at Under-18 level before focusing full-time on cricket.
