Profile & Biography
As a homegrown player who developed his cricket skills and rose through the ranks within Oman, right-arm medium pacer Sufyan Mehmood was first called up to the national side at a time when there were only sparse facilities around the country.
He debuted in a T20 against Hong Kong in 2015, but played only a smattering of games before his ODI debut in 2021 against Nepal. A decade in though, he'd found a regular place in the side, going on to make a maiden ODI fifty against USA in 2025, and taking a three-for in the same match.
