The Buzz - Dan Christian gets a selection message

Sep 3

Dan Christian would like Australia's selection chief to be less cryptic, please.

George Bailey told me he was keen to improve the lines of communication between players and selectors.

I didn't think that this was the way I was going to find out I'd been dropped though. Bravo George pic.twitter.com/tQIBoTKDGq

When Jason Gillespie took flight

You know how some animals puff themselves up to seem bigger and more intimidating to opposition? Jason Gillespie tried that during the Kolkata Test of 2001 as a last-ditch attempt to break VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid's stand. Behold the eagle!

I do!
Tried everything to get @VVSLaxman281 out! Both VVS and Rahul were far too good for us there in Kolkata! #wedidourbest https://t.co/4dSffNLknx
