The motivation

R Ashwin hasn't played a Test in the England series so far, but he's still raring to go.

The desire to ignite something different every day never burns out. pic.twitter.com/6U9s7LZpP6

The preparations

New Zealand have completed their room isolation and can now start preparing for their series in Bangladesh.

BACK TOGETHER! After our three-day room isolation we've had a chance to catch-up, watch the team movie and hydrate!

Virat Kohli gets a send-off from the Barmy Army

Virat Kohli is always very expressive on the field, often riling up the opposition fans by putting a hand to his ear, pretending he can't hear them. But he probably heard this musical send-off from the Barmy Army after he was dismissed for 7 on day one of the third Test, at Headingley.

Cheerio Virat

West Indies' dressing-room cricket

While the rain washed out four sessions of play between West Indies and Pakistan, a more interesting game of cricket was being played out in the dressing room, complete with DRS and everything. Can we have broadcasters cut to dressing room cam during rain delays in the future?

Meanwhile in the West Indies locker room...

Jomel Warrican calls for a player review after being signalled LBW off a delivery from Chemar Holder.

Issy Wong's proud grandpa

Could Issy Wong's grandfather have guessed that 67 years after catching his first cricket match at the Oval he'd be cheering on his grand daughter in one of the biggest tournaments? You could say it's been a Wong time coming.

My dad first came to The Oval in 1954 & sat on wooden benches. 67 years later he's here again, to watch his grand daughter play in The Hundred eliminator - something he didn't contemplate as a 14 year old on many levels! pic.twitter.com/9aJaMtmvEb
