Matthew Forde, Amir Jangoo and Mandy Mangru have earned their first West Indies central contracts with the board releasing the entire list for both men's and women's cricket on Thursday.
The three captains, Shai Hope (ODI and T20I), Roston Chase (Test) and Hayley Matthews, remain at the core of the contracted group for 2026-27. Opening batter John Campbell returned to the men's list for the first time since 2019.
"Every one of these contracts is tied to a job in front of us," CWI director of cricket Miles Bascombe said in a statement. "For the men, the first job is the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier in February, and we go there with every intention of making it through.
"For the women, it is the Pakistan ODIs in December, which give us the chance to own automatic qualification for the next ICC Women's Cricket World Cup. Matthew, Amir and Mandy have earned their places in that work, and John has earned his way back."

Campbell has been in good form recently. After scoring 62 and 101 in ODIs in India, he made 54 and 49, helping West Indies beat Bangladesh in the Mirpur Test. In the ongoing second Test in Sylhet, Jangoo scored his second Test hundred after making 233 against Sri Lanka in North Sound in June earlier this year. As for Forde, he can swing the new ball and also contribute with the bat down the order. He is uncapped in Test cricket, but continues to be a player who lends balance to West Indies' white-ball sides.
Allrounder Romario Shepherd and batters Brandon King and Alick Athanaze, who were awarded contracts previously, dropped out of the list this time.
Jewel Andrew, Ackeem Auguste and Vitel Lawes, meanwhile, were awarded development contracts. Among them, Lawes, the 19-year-old left-arm wristspinner is an especially exciting player who has already played seven ODIs for West Indies.
"Development contracts bring players into the international set-up, where we can support them most closely and guide their progress," Bascombe said. "They are in contention for selection now. This gives them the best environment to keep growing while they compete for places.
Mangru is a wicketkeeper-batter who has played six ODIs and 13 T20Is for West Indies women.
